What we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it, in plain English. We never sell personal information.

01Information We Collect

We collect only what is needed to process your order, deliver your service, and support you:

  • Your @handle or post links, platform choice, and the email address you provide at checkout.
  • Order details: package, batch size, targeting tier, and delivery status.
  • Billing references: payment status and transaction records. Payments run through PayPal, and we never see or store your card or bank details.
  • Technical basics: browser type, device, and anonymized usage data used to keep the site working and improve it.
  • Chat content you send us, including photos or files you choose to attach, used only to handle your request.

02How We Use Your Information

  • To process and deliver your order, and to detect your posts when they go live.
  • To send transactional emails: order confirmations, invoices with our PayPal details, and the delivery report we always send.
  • To answer support, refund, and billing questions. Our chat is staffed 24/7.
  • To prevent fraud, protect our systems, and meet legal obligations.

We do not send marketing emails without your consent, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

03Payments and Billing

Payments are processed by PayPal. FamePik never stores full card numbers, bank credentials, or PayPal login details on its own servers. We keep only the references needed to confirm your payment, match it to your order, and handle refunds.

04What You Submit Stays Yours

Your handle, links, and any files or photos you attach in chat are used solely to deliver and support your order. We will never post, publish, or reuse your content without explicit permission.

05Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Limited sharing happens only in these cases:
  • PayPal, to process your payment.
  • Service providers who keep our site running (hosting, email delivery, security), bound by confidentiality.
  • Authorities, where the law genuinely requires it.

If FamePik is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction, and we will notify you before it is governed by a different privacy policy.

06Cookies and Tracking

We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies to keep sessions secure, remember your chat visitor ID, and understand basic site performance. Third-party tools embedded on the site (like PayPal) may use their own cookies under their own policies. You can block cookies in your browser settings; core browsing still works, though chat and checkout features may not.

07Data Retention

We keep order records only as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain business records, and comply with legal or accounting obligations. After that, they are deleted or anonymized. Chat transcripts are removed on a rolling basis once your request is closed.

08Data Security

We use industry-standard measures: HTTPS everywhere, secure payment processing through PayPal, and access controls on our systems. No online system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we treat your data with the care we would want for our own. If a breach ever affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

09Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  1. Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  2. Request correction of inaccurate information.
  3. Request deletion of your information where legally possible.
  4. Withdraw consent or object to certain uses of your data.
  5. Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
  6. Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these, email help@famepik.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”. We handle requests within 30 days. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

10Children’s Privacy

FamePik does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our services are booked by adults. If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been provided to us, we take reasonable steps to delete it promptly.

11Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, PayPal, and others. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and their own policies apply once you leave our site.

12International Transfers

Our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own. Wherever your data travels, we apply appropriate safeguards, such as contractual protections, and handle it in line with this policy and applicable law.

13Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. The date at the top of this page always shows the latest version, and the latest version is the one that applies. For significant changes, we will give reasonable notice by email or on the Site.
